Toe-Rilla is a nationwide live-music booking platform. Book a same-day fill-in or your season's lineup months out — anywhere in the country.
Or let Concierge handle it end to end. Set your budget and preferences once — take the weight off your shoulders.
Post an urgent same-day opening, or plan your calendar months ahead — musicians and venues both work from one shared calendar, so nothing falls through the cracks either way.
Venues mark open dates, musicians mark availability — upload a calendar file or sync once, and it stays current for both booking speeds.
ONE-TIME SETUPFlag it "ASAP" for a same-day cancellation, or post a normal listing for a date months out. Musicians see both on their calendar view.
URGENT OR PLANNEDFirst available musician claims an urgent slot instantly; planned bookings confirm through the calendar. Either way, a gig card auto-posts for both.
AUTOMATICEvery musician chooses how far their profile travels — change it anytime as your goals change. Musicians can also send their profile directly to venues in that range, not just wait to be discovered.
Visible only to venues within your home area — best for musicians who want steady, nearby work without much travel.
Visible across a wider multi-city area — good for musicians willing to drive a few hours for the right gig.
Visible to venues anywhere in the country — built for touring acts or musicians open to travel gigs.
Not just venues and musicians — bands can find each other too. Post an open spot in your own lineup and get matched with local players who fit.
Bassist can't make Saturday's show? Drummer moving away? Post the role, the gig details, and what you need — same as any other open slot.
ANY INSTRUMENTNearby musicians who play that instrument and know the style get notified — from a one-off fill-in to a standing spot in the band.
FILL-IN OR PERMANENTConfirm through the same booking flow as any other gig — rehearsal details, pay, and setlist notes all in one place.
AUTOMATICAn AI booking assistant, built on Claude, that watches the calendar and reaches out before a gap becomes a problem — laid-back, helpful, never pushy.
An open night for a venue, or an empty stretch on a musician's calendar — Concierge notices before you have to.
AUTOMATIC"Yo — your Friday's still open. Got a couple solid acts free that night if you want me to line one up." Casual, low-pressure, opt-in.
YOUR TONE, YOUR TERMSOnce booked, Concierge writes a full promo push — announcement, countdown, day-of reminder — instead of one static post. Included free with a subscription, or add it per booking.
SUBSCRIBER PERKSet your budget, genres, and rating minimum once — Concierge auto-books a matching musician the moment a slot opens. No approval needed, with a short undo window.
